Staying 3 months, 6 months, perhaps longer….Our Maybe Berlin Package helps you arrange temporary housing and basic settling-in services. For a fixed fee, we will provide the following services to help you get started in Berlin:

• Temporary housing search including up to 5 property tours

• Assistance with short-term lease and handover of the apartment

• Set-up of household utilities

• Residency registration

• Opening a bank account

If Berlin will be your home for a long-term assignment or on a permanent basis, the Make It Berlin package will take you from a temporary stay to getting settled like a local in your new neighborhood.  Our comprehensive service we will ensure that your relocation goes smoothly so that you can concentrate on your long-term career success:

• Maybe Berlin package, plus:

• Permanent housing search including up to 7 property viewings

• Lease assistance and apartment handover

• Set up of all utilities, as needed, including TV licensing fee

• Re-registration from temporary housing to permanent address

• Drivers license application, if required

• In-depth 1/2 day area tour of neighborhood and daily life orientation
